Payment Methods
We accept the following types of payments:
- Paypal (major credit cards, cash, bank transfers, etc...)
- Personal checks (Your check must be received within 5 business days of placing your order; otherwise your order will be cancelled. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 business days before being shipped.)
- Money Orders/Cashier's Checks (Your money order or cashier's check must be received within 5 business days of placing your order; otherwise your order will be cancelled.)
- VISA, Mastercard, Discover (call our shop to pay over the phone with your credit card)
Note: If you use the shopping cart to checkout, you will have to pay by Paypal. If you wish to pay by personal check or money order, simply print out your shopping cart and mail it to us. Don't finalize your order in Paypal.
Sales Tax
By law, a sales tax rate of 7% is charged to all orders shipped within Ohio.
Shipping
At this time, we accept and ship orders within the US only. (We do not accept international orders at this time.)
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (Occasionally we will ship via First Class Mail if you have a very light order, such as a pattern.) You should receive your order in 2-3 business days usually. USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed, however. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and will most likely take longer to be delivered. Your total cost will be adjusted before being processed. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for any returns.
- Sales itms and cut yardage may not be returned.
- Patterns and books may not be returned because of copyright laws.
- All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns cannot have any smoke odor, or any other odor, or they will not be accepted for return.
If you wish to return something, please call our shop to make arrangements and to verify that your item is eligible for return.
Privacy Policy
We do not share any of our customer information with anyone.
Fabric Orders
Our minimum cut for fabric is 1/2 yard. If you wish to order more than 1/2 yard, you can adjust the quantity in your shopping cart prior to checkout. If you order more than 1/2 yard, your fabric will come to you in one continuous piece.
